High5Time Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policies

The High5Time order cancellation, return and refund policy does not limit or exclude any legal rights you may have in relation to products which are faulty or not as described. 


Order Cancellation Policy

Any purchases in our online store can be canceled up to 24 hours after making the payment on our website. 

Keep in mind that if we receive your request for cancellation after these 24 hours of courtesy, your order could be on its way and therefore your request can’t be accepted. In this case, you will have to wait to receive the order and then proceed with its return (find more information about returns in our Returns Policy).


Steps to cancel your order (up to 24 hours after purchase):

– Find the order confirmation email that we have sent you and identify your order number.
– Send us an email to [email protected] with such a subject: “Cancel Order: #XXXXX (write your order number here)”. 

We’ll contact you within 24 hours and refund your order except for unreturnable booking fee ($5 per paid item), associated with payment processing costs (find more information about refunds in our Refund Policy).


Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the High5Time, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, or within 7 days of receipt for a refund. If you would like to do so, you must use the Returns Process set out below.

The products you are returning must be in a new, unworn and resaleable condition in original packaging. All goods will be inspected upon arrival at the High5Time warehouse. If the returned product is damaged not by our error, the refund will be partial (30% of the total order).

Please note that if you wish to return any of products in bundle sets for a refund, the complete set must be returned. Items bought within a multi-buy or promotional offer must be returned together with any gift item(s) associated with the order.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, some health and personal care item are non-returnable, unless faulty or not as described. 


Returns process:

  • To initiate your return, you must mail unwanted items back to the warehouse from which it was shipped.
  • Please note that High5Time has several warehouses in different countries, and for technical reasons, customer support team cannot determine which one your order was sent from. Therefore, we will not be able to help you with identifying address for return if you do not keep the original packaging of your order.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless faulty or not as described. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for returned unwanted item, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund as well.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • After you send your order back, send us an email to [email protected] with information about your desired compensation method (refund/replacement). Your refund or replacement will be processed within 14 days of the email to you confirming the receipt and validation of your returned product.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


Refund Policy

We can refund your order only if you cancel it within 24 hours after placement or return unwanted items after delivery. We cannot refund your order if it is in the process of delivery within our guaranteed delivery times (60 days after order placement).

Any refunds will be made by the original method of payment for the value of the goods in the original receipt except for non-refundable booking fee ($5 USD per ordered item), associated with payment processing service. If the returned product is damaged not by our error, the refund will be partial (30% of the total order). 

Why is your booking fee non-refundable? We're not able to refund your booking fee in any circumstances, even if your order is cancelled within several minutes after placement. This is because we have already paid the credit card charges incurred by processing your original order and these charges are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights, because payment accepting is a services that already provided.

Although you may have enjoyed free shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, if you return unwanted item (that don’t faulty or not as described), we do not refund our original shipping cost (up to $4 USD per ordered item) as well.

If you haven’t received an actual refund after receiving refund confirmation e-mail from us, first check your bank account again. Then you may contact your credit card company, because it take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this don’t work for you, contact your bank.
